Expedite’s
proven process of headhunting will fill your vacancy
in only four weeks and will follow
a 5 stage approach.
Stage
1 - Client Briefing
A client briefing with you is arranged at your convenience.
We will explore your requirements in detail
using our expertise in the relevant field. We will then
present the most effective headhunting solution to suit your needs.
Our extensive experience and proven track record
means that we are able to handle complex assignments.
This experience, together with our award-winning
research team, gives us confidence in our capacity
to deliver no matter how difficult the assignment.
Stage
2 - Confirmation
We will confirm in writing the outcome of our client
briefing: costs of our retained search or selection,
the project plan with regards to time frame and
delivery and our guarantees to you. The process
will take four weeks and we always deliver on time.
We will send you an assignment brief and a confirmed
target list of companies that we will headhunt
in to.
Stage
3 - Research
It is a dynamic four week process during which we will search thoroughly in to the defined
and agreed target companies.
Throughout the process we will keep you fully
informed of our progress in weekly updates.
During week one we will identify the most relevant
candidates to approach for the assignment. Direct
approaches will be made and
week three will see the beginning of the interview
process.
Stage
4 - Interview & Assessment
Once the initial approaches have been made to the
most suitable candidates, we will conduct a thorough,
rigorous and prompt interview process.
We will also carry out personality profile
tests on the candidates, should you wish us to do so.
At the end of week four we will present you
with the shortlist of the most suitable candidates.
This will include a detailed report on each
of the shortlisted candidates.
Stage
5 - Client Selection
Once a preferred candidate has been identified,
we will work in close partnership with you to
secure their services.
We will keep in close contact with the
candidate during the intervening period between
job offer and start date to ensure that the
candidate will start the role on the agreed date.
With our client's agreement, we will track the candidate
once they have started in the role to ensure that
there are no teething problems.
